She is currently really huge. Ok, so not really, but compared to her previous self she is. Here is a list of the ways she keeps me busy.
- Still loves books.
- She is a pointer. She especially likes to point at people that she likes such as her daddy when he comes home from work or at her grandparents.
- She just got a swing and absolutely loves it. The other day though she would giggle when going backwards in the swing and hold her breath when going forward.
- She still doesn't even push herself to seated or pull up on things. However, she does move!!! When seated, she likes to turn herself around and around in circles. I really want to try and get a video of this craziness.
- She loves to hit. Constantly. It drives me absolutely batty. We are trying to work on this but nothing seem to help.
- Though she doesn't pull up on things, she is capable of standing on her own if you let her hold onto the furniture for support.
- She is not a picky eater though she doesn't seem to like the texture of oatmeal (when using the old-fashioned oats).
- Got tired of all her old words. She seems to have forgotten or least refuses to say them on a regular basis.
- Sometimes she seems to hum to herself while "dancing" (bobbing up and down).
- She really loves her jumpy seat which we keep at our new house for her to play in while we work.
As soon as I post this, I know that I'll think of 10 more things. I suppose that is how things go.
